**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:- Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy.- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry's best practices to maximize efficiency.- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing.- Operate computer editing systems and equipment used for video media and effects.- Capture studio-quality photographs and video.- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips, dialogues, graphics, effects and other important aspects of the project.- Execute the creation of marketing (products, launches, campaigns, seasonal events, TV commercials and educational videos (Development, Pre-Production, Production and Post-Production) ensuring each video is produced within the agreed timeline, at mínimal cost and meet Ctymary's standard.- Work collaboratively across departments and the project team to brainstorm and create script, footage, storyline for each project, ensuring contents deliverable are relevant, effective, and impactful to attract attention of potential and existing customers and timely for organization agents.- Work closely with internal department to create video content for various platforms, such as training video, social media platforms, internal events, etc.- Develop production schedules.- Visualizing production scripts, briefs, understand the requirements of marketing and contents team to produce great results.- Take care of video production sets and properties, and produce preventive maintenance reports on video and audio production equipment.- Setting up and capture great shots to fulfil the brief (includes basic lighting and optimal audio capture).- Create persuasive scripts and storyboards.- To manage material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effect, graphics and special effects to produce a final film or video item.- To review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes' value and contribution to continuity.- To operate camera, create, shoot, edit, collaborate, edit video ads and correction with a focus on advertising, content for social media platforms, for commercial, marketing and also for corporate use.- Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice over/sfx and media management.- To assist and communicate with marketing team and prepare any necessaries for any possible video production. (e.g., Props preparation, location recce, scripting).- To manipulate and edit footage into a well constructed and presentable video content.- Refine video by integrating relevant animations and effects.- Improves internal process on pre- and post production tasks including footage review, editorial decisions, computer graphics and effects, ensuring impactful messaging.- Able to manage multiple project timelines efficiently.- Archive RAW footage and final product.- Manage video library.- Do "Live" session in HQ pages or any other platform according to the schedule that has been set.- Any other tasks or adhoc tasks as assign by the Management.**SKILLS**- Diploma or Degree in Arts, Multimedia, Graphic Design or related field.- At least 1 year of experience.- Good written, verbal and editing communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.- Proven work experience as a Video Editor.- Experience editing various video projects and inserting sound effects, music and transitions.- Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video projects.- Excellent communication skills are required to have a solid understanding of project scope and implementation.- Some experience of using video and editing equipment.- Good time-management skills.- Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics is preferred.- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut, Adobe after Effects, etc.)- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.- Creative mind and storytelling skills.- Able to work under minimum supervision.- Able to multi-task, demonstrate teamwork, have a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.- Ability to meet deadlines.- Motivated, takes initiative, pro-active and able to work under pressure**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
