With over 900K followers across various social media platforms, we are looking for a creative individual who can capture the essence of Malaysian cuisine and its captivating travel destinations through visually compelling videos and photographs.**Responsibilities**:- Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos and photographs that highlight the diverse and delectable food offerings and captivating travel destinations across Malaysia. Create visually stunning content that engages our audience and promotes our brand.- Storytelling: Conceptualize and develop captivating narratives through visuals, bringing the unique stories of local food and travel experiences to life. Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience and evoke their emotions.- Videography: Operate professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting, to capture footage that meets our creative standards. Utilize various techniques such as tracking shots, time-lapse, and slow-motion to add depth and visual appeal to our videos.- Photography: Capture stunning photographs that showcase the beauty of Malaysian cuisine and travel destinations. Ensure that the images are well-composed, properly lit, and visually appealing.- Editing and Post-production: Edit and enhance video footage and photographs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Photoshop. Add appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final output.- Collaborations: Work closely with the social media team to align video and photography content with overall marketing and branding strategies. Collaborate with influencers, food establishments, and tourism boards to create collaborative content that amplifies our reach.- Equipment Management: Maintain and keep all video and photography equipment in excellent working condition. Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements and recommend necessary upgrades or new equipment acquisitions.- Research and Innovation: Stay up to date with current trends and emerging techniques in videography and photography. Continuously explore new creative ideas and techniques to enhance the visual storytelling of our content.- Content Optimization: Optimize video and photograph files for different social media platforms, ensuring that they are properly formatted, compressed, and optimized for fast loading times and optimal user experience.- Travel: Occasionally travel to various locations within Malaysia to capture on-site footage and photographs of food establishments and travel destinations.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as a Videographer + Photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills in both videography and photography.- Proficiency in operating professional-grade video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.- Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, as well as photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop.- Solid understanding of composition, lighting, color, and visual storytelling.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within specified timelines.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.- A passion for food, travel, and Malaysian culture, with knowledge of local cuisine and popular travel destinations.- Flexibility to travel to different locations within Malaysia, as required.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule**Experience**:- Adobe Premiere: 1 year (preferred)- Final Cut Pro: 1 year (preferred)- Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (preferred)
