**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring high-quality footage and capturing the desired content.- Set up and operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for video/photo shoots.- Collaborate with the creative team to determine the best visual approach for each project.- Edit video footage, adding visual effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to create engaging and polished videos.- Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual style that aligns with the client / organization's branding and objectives.- Ensure the final video products meet the highest quality standards in terms of visual and audio quality.- Create a content strategy that is in line with the client / company brand goals and the preferences of the target audience in order to increase brand awareness.- Maintain and oversee the proper care and maintenance of video production equipment- Proven track record of TikTok Content Creation with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create viral content.- A deep understanding of TikTok's platform, trends, challenges, and its unique community culture.- Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well-edited content.- Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly.- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.- Excellent communication skills, both in collaborating with team members and engaging with the TikTok audience.**Qualifications**:- Minimum 1 year of experience in videography and video editing.- Proven experience creating engaging and creative short-form video content.- A strong understanding of TikTok trends, challenges, and best practices.- Excellent creativity and storytelling skills.- Experience with social media marketing (a plus).- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.**Education**:- Diploma & above of qualifications (preferred)**Experience**:- Related in videography / graphic design (preferred)**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduatePay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
