VIP User Operation**Job Description**:- Mainly to maintain SVIP & VIP users, analyze & understand their preference, spending patterns and promote them with suitable events to boost recharge- Answering users inquiries, help them to solve issues in app- Looking on competitive apps events and policies- Other tasks from Line ManagerJob Highlights- Salary package: Basic + Commision- Opportunities to work overseas- Work from home basis**Requirements**:- Has experience in promoting product/ services in live apps such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc or,- Has abundant experiences in Customer Services- Grasp Excel and able to do data analysis- Grasp Chinese Better (not necessary)- Self-motivated, Highly-Responsible, And has good communication skillsWork hours = 10am to 7pm, Monday to FridayOffice location: First Avenue (Next to One Utama Shopping Centre)Basic salary = RM2400 - RM4000 (based on experience)**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Commission pay
