Visual Merchandiser (Exterior/ Outdoor Display)

JOB SUMMARYThe goal is to use visual merchandising to convert window shoppers into prospects, drive branding and sales objectives and maximize profitability.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES1. Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy2. Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store3. Produce window displays, exterior/ outdoor displays, promotional / seasonal displays and etc.4. Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result5. Come up with, revise, and present design ideas with assistant merchandisers6. Act in alignment with the organization's culture, products, image, and target market7. Monitor costs and work within budget8. Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays9. Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes10. Liaise with suppliers and source elements11. Research lifestyle, demographics, and design trends12.
