Each associate is fully committed to serving customers and fellow associates through outstanding performance and accomplishing what we say we will do.**Job Mission**The VM Specialist will co-work with Taiwan VM team to create and design graphic material, as well as marketing event decoration support.- Work with Asia visual merchandising management to conduct and leverage the global materials into regional market.- Design & Development - Responsible for All POSM & Glorifier design development from end to end. Developing the whole design concept, brands & malls' approval, vendor quotation & implementation.- Plan the visual merchandising layout regularly and the floor set executions.- Project Management - Independently responsible for the overall design concept, budget, vendor, timeline and implementation.- Liaise with suppliers and source elements.- Act in alignment to the organization's culture, products, image and target market- Responsible on local translation for POSM- Activation Schedule - Responsible for developing and managing the overall project schedule, make sure all activations meet the deadline given- Visit our stores periodically to maintain visual standards / Develop program or plan to monitor and maintain standards- Assist and provide feedback to stores regarding visual merchandising**Job Requirement**- Relevant working experience for 3+ years.- Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.- Creative and innovative thinker.- Passionate in sports in preferred.- Fluent in English**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your notice period in your existing company?
