Tier 1 Voice Engineer Opening in KL with Annual Salary up to RM96k ( Only open to Locals ) Your new companyLeading US-based fintech company in KL seeking for a capable Tier 1 Voice Engineer to join their team.Your new roleProvide expertise in phone switching, voice mail, call recording, and SIP Trunking.Troubleshoot and document customer network connections.Design, optimize, and implement Voice Recognition and Text-To-Speech systems.Review graphical user interface designs and coordinate with voice user interface in various languages.What you'll need to succeedFamiliarity with SIP signaling, TCP/IP, H.323, and MPLS.Experience with Cisco Voice certifications and large enterprise voice networks.Must be willing to work on rotating 24-hour shifts.Proficient in English to communicate with clients across the globe.What you'll get in returnGreat learning opportunities.
