Voice Product And Pricing Specialist

Responsible for the development of Voice Product and Service Offering for market distribution.- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to boost revenue and manage product profit and loss.- Contribute to the creation and cost estimation of new products.- Collaborate with Legal on formulating Services' Terms & Conditions for customers.- Aid in crafting a Service Level Agreement for Voice Services.- Monitor and evaluate Supplier performance.- Ensure 2-3 quotes for each purchase for compliance- Continuously scout and explore new local and international suppliers.- Coordinate closely with Engineering and Operations to ensure seamless support for customer-oriented services.- Offer business support to Sales and Presales to enhance success rates in securing contracts and fostering long-term partnerships.- Note: Training will be provided to familiarize the Services and Products
