Waiter/Waitress

**Responsibilities**- Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders.- To greet customers with the utmost courtesy and escort customers to their tables.- Making menu recommendations and upselling the food and beverage of the restaurant.- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages.- Communicating effectively with customers.- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area.- To handle payment transactions- Clearing and tables and setting up tables on a daily basis- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant are kept to the standard- Communicate customer feedback to the manager**Requirements**:- Pleasant personality and tidy appearance.- Positive and approachable manner.- Customer service skills and knowledge.- Great communication skills.- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work- Required language(s): English and Mandarin**Salary**: Up to RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Tips**Experience**:- Server: 1 year (preferred)
