1) Greet and escort customers to their tables2) Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)3) Prepare tables by setting up silverware4) Inform customers about the day's specials5) Offer menu recommendations upon request6) Up-sell additional products when appropriate7) Take accurate food and drinks orders order slips8) Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff9) Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers10) Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.11) Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.12) Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems13) Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area14) Deliver checks and collect bill payments15) Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning16) Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties)17) Follow all relevant health department regulations18) Provide excellent customer service to guests19) Any related task given by superior**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Server: 1 year (preferred)
