Waiter/Waitress - Tamarind Springs

If you have a flair for hospitality, a friendly demeanor, and a love for delivering top-notch service, we want you to be part of our team.**Your Duties and Responsibilities**- Deliver food from kitchen to the guest ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.- Assist in the breakdown, cleaning and set-up of buffets and food stations.- Ensures proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty.- Handles the guest greeting upon arrival and their seating through the hostess.- Maintains a professional/friendly, yet discreet relationship with the guests- Familiarize with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning restaurant.- Reports cleanliness and maintenance issues to the immediate manager.- Handles guest complaints as per instructions or consults the immediate manager.- Does all mis-en-place work according to the whole day service requirements.- Attends all regular departmental briefings and contributes to an open communication within the assigned team.- To ensure that a check is made and recorded in the POS system for every food & beverage sale in the outlet.- To open a guest check in the POS system, punching orders, splitting, and transferring tables, settling checks as cash, room charge, credit card or city ledger.**Requirements**:- Fresh graduates from Hotel Management School or SPM Leavers are encouraged to apply.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Able to communicate fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to work with all levels of staff.- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.- **Location: Tamarind Springs, Ampang****Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusApplication Deadline: 05/10/2022
