Warehouse Admin Assistant

Office Location: Jalan Bukit Maluri, Kepong, Kuala Lumpur Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping products. 2. Plan and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient operation. 3. Oversee the maintenance of the warehouse and its equipment to ensure that it is safe and functional. 4. Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed by warehouse personnel. 5. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. 6. Train and manage warehouse personnel to ensure that they are competent and efficient in their duties. 7. Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment rates. 8. Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure that warehouse operations are aligned with the overall business objectives. 9. Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and recommend solutions to the Warehouse Manager. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or by the Company from time to time Qualifications: Education: SPM and a Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field would be helpful to have, but not always required. Relevant experience: You should have at least 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations and management, with a good understanding of inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse safety protocols.
