Warehouse Admin

Position SummaryThe job holder is responsible to assume and accountable for the complete day-to-day administrative functions of the Warehouse with the aim of providing and ensuring maximum, efficient and effective services.**Responsibilities**:1. Responsible for the complete administrative functions of the Warehouse.2. To ensure the efficient and effective processing of all system-related documents, including:- Proper maintenance of Incoming & Outgoing records.- Follow up with the related party for the return of the Delivery Order.3. Ensure regular filing of documents to facilitate easy retrieval and avoid misplacement of documents.4. Participate in yearly stock count exercises when necessary.5. Maintain proper housekeeping and administration discipline in the workplace to improve operational efficiency as well as to create and maintain a good image for the company.6. Responsible to communicate / laisse with building management on building upkeep & maintained.7. Responsible to comply with the Group's and Company's Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and safe work procedures.8. Responsible to maintain & upkeep company assets and facilities.9. Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.Required qualificationsQualification- Diploma or related fields.Experience- Preferably at least 2~3 years of working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Knowledge & Skills- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).- Good communication skills and able to work independently.- Have good discipline and work attitude.
