Warehouse Admin

Our client Warehouse and Logistic Management (Shah Alam) is looking for Warehouse Admin to join them.Salary Range: RM2800 - RM3200**Employment type**:- 1 year Contract For Service (CFS)- No EPF, PERKESO etc contribution during CFS period- **If performance good will have the chances to convert to Permanent staff**Working hour: Monday to Saturday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM**Job Description**:- Call delivery service providers to arrange pick up on a daily basis;- Liaison between Office, Sales, and Warehouse to maintain good communication and relations;- Assist employees with troubleshooting WMS/Voice Collect problems as they arise;- Manage warehouse administrative work- Coordinate inbound and outbound related matter- Assist and support inventory control;- Plan daily picking/work assignments and assign work to team members within WMS according to priority.Job Requirements:- Great problem-solving skills- 1 to 2 years working experience- Microsoft Office skills, with strong Excel experience;- Ability to multi-task and follow through on multiple tasks;- At least Diploma in Business Administration- Able to speak English and Malay**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Language**:- English (preferred)
