Details of the offer

Create and maintain a streamlined system for generating invoices for products and services provided by the store.- Ensure accuracy in the details of each invoice, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.- Maintain and update customer information in the database, including contact details, billing information, and payment preferences.- Regularly update the store's price list and product database to reflect current stock, prices, and any promotional discounts.- Process customer payments in accordance with the store's payment procedures, ensuring prompt and accurate transactions.- Follow up on outstanding payments and address customer inquiries related to billing.- Maintain organized and detailed records of all invoices, receipts, and payments for reference and auditing purposes.- Generate regular reports on invoice status, payments received, and outstanding balances for management review.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to invoices and payments in a timely and professional manner.- Ensure compliance with all relevant local and national regulations regarding invoicing, taxes, and record-keeping.**Requirement**- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or relevant certification in accounting or business administration is a plus.- Proven experience in invoice generation, billing, or related administrative roles.- Proficiency in using billing software and accounting tools.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of basic accounting principles.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.- Familiarity with customer service principles.- Adaptability and willingness to learn and use new software and tools.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Admin Clerk: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
