Warehouse Assistant

**What will you deliver?**- Receive, check quantity & quality and sort incoming parts and supplies.- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse.- Receive and process incoming requisitions and issue parts and supplies for delivery.- Maintain records of orders and the amount and location of parts and supplies.- Examine, segregate returned goods and notify relevant internal departments.- Ensure all stock areas are kept clear & tidy for ease of picking and in line with safety requirements.- Participate in regular stock-take exercises and perform ad-hoc warehousing duties when required.- May be assigned adhoc task to support warehouse operations accordingly.- Ensure compliance with Vallen's operations policies and procedures.**Key Qualifications**- Basic understanding of logistics operations- Responsible, self-disciplined- Ability to work in a team- Organised- Forklift or scissor lift certificates- Required language: English and Malay**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payApplication Question(s):- Notice period- Reason leaving current/last employment- Current salary- Expected salary**Experience**:- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Forklift or scissor lift certificates (preferred)
