Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibilities:- Provide physical handling, loading, transfer and storage of materials to the assigned location.- To maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.- Make sure all materials and goods are well arranged and identified with labels.- Able to manage inventory, perform inventory check and practice first in first out (FIFO).- Ensure all the incoming goods are with proper packing while non-conformance of incoming goods are reported and recorded.- Ensure the quality of goods are well maintained with proper handling and storage.- To assist in maintaining warehouse records and stock cards in accurate and timely manner.- Participate in stock take with accounts and conducting physical count as assigned.- Ensure pest control and environmental monitoring are regularly done.- To accompany lorry driver to deliver goods locally or outstation when required.- Able to handle forklift is an added advantage.- Complies with work rules and procedures.- To undertake any other jobs directed by superior from time to time.Job Requirements:- At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse or related industries.- Dedicated team player and strong job commitment.- Possess initiative and willingness to learn.
