Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities

- Responsible for documentation.- Ensure all commodities leaving the warehouse are properly accounted for.- Record all quantities for delivery that are short and/or quantities damaged if any- Ensure all documents for commodity dispatch have been correctly and completely filled- Complete and hand over the approved commodity delivery documents to the driver before the truck leaves the warehouse- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.- Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute them to sales associates for processing.- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures,rules, and regulations.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.- Assist in packing and picking if required.
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in a related field- Meticulous individual with strong interpersonal skills- Familiar in using Microsoft Office(Words, Excel), email, SAP..etc
