**Role and Responsibilities**:- To manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity.- Maintain the stock & inventory records for all raw materials & finished goods.- Responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.- Manage stock control and reconciliation with inventory management system.- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing SOP and protocols.- Ensure production data are updated consistently; data is accurate and up to date into ERP system.- Work closely with production manager, executive and warehouse dept. to ensure the production schedule is meet within deadline.- Work closely with superior in develop and recommend policies to minimize cost and optimize business unit, profitability, warehouse capacity utilization, planning and delivering activities.- Proper 5s housekeeping & warehouse cleanliness. Observe and implement all safety regulations and practices.- Other special task when needed from top management which related to storage/ space control not limited to stock (RM/FG) but also include supporting material and ex-production such as scraps.**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:- Diploma/Degree in warehouse management, logistics & related field with at least 5 years relevant working experiences- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.**Preferred Skills**:- Knowledge and experience with forklift handling- Mature personality with the right attitude, ability to work independently and problem-solving skills.- Ability to multi-task and deliver within tight reporting deadlines**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 08/05/2023Expected Start Date: 08/21/2023
