Warehouse Executive

?Job Scope :- Responsible to manage Warehouse/Store day-to-day operations.
Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely despatch of goods (FIFO).
Ensure the good practice of 5S & housekeeping and all safety requirement are complied with.
Maintain proper racking & storage system.
Maintains physical conditions of warehouse/Store by planning & implementing new design layouts.
Maintains Warehouse/Store staff job results by coaching, counselling, & disciplining employees; planning & monitoring, & appraising job results.
To ensure billing accuracy and able to meet month end account closing.
Responsible for accuracy of stock, to update stock card daily and ensure balance of stock shown on the stock card are tally with physical stock at all the time.
To conduct monthly and yearly stock count,
Ensure the cleanliness and condition of Warehouse/Store are well maintained.
Liaise with driver & make sure goods delivered follow the schedule and in good conditions.
Ensure Food Safety by implementing/maintaining Halal, ISO 22000, GMP & HACCP system.
Responsible for monitoring of loading / unloading and receiving.
To lead & manage the drivers on well maintain the lorries consition.
To participate in role of Food Safety Team Committee ensuring update forms & records in compliance to the ISO 22000 requirements.
Responsible for the satisfactory & complete fulfillment of any other work-related tasks as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements;-
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required language(s):?Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin.
At least 3?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Preferable familarity & experience with the relevant technical expertise & industry (HACCP, HALAL, GMP & ISO22000).
Preferably with related Food Manufacturing Industries experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
Applicant must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Johor - Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 2.
Salary will be depending on applicants experience.
