Warehouse Executive

Job Requirements:- Minimum of one year of experience in e-commerce warehouse management.- Familiarity with warehouse operation processes, preferably with experience using WMS(Warehouse Management System).- Proficient in computer usage and skilled in using office software.- Hardworking, diligent, and responsible; exhibits good conduct and has no undesirablehabits.Job Responsibilities:- Verify the quantity of inventory in the ERP system, local warehouse, and in-transitinventory, and promptly record inventory details. Prepare monthly inventory adjustmentstatements, identify existing issues, propose corresponding solutions, and report tosuperiors in a timely manner.- Familiarize oneself with the system and check system inventory data to ensure accuracy.Enter inventory data in a timely manner.- Strictly adhere to the company's rules and regulations, maintain accurate accountingrecords, and ensure consistency between records and actual inventory.- Provide reasonable suggestions for warehouse management improvement.- Manage the inbound and outbound processes of warehouse products and conductregular inventory counts.- Responsible for warehouse safety management, including regular inspections ofwarehouse goods and maintaining a dry environment.
