**Job Scope**:- Lead in the execution of Warehouse Inbound, Warehouse Outbound and Trade Return Operations in compliance to SOP.- Manages and ensure accurate receipt, storage, replenishment, fulfilment, and returns.- Managing the operational issues and provide solutions.- Supervising warehouse employees on daily activities.- Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse performance, productivity, and cost.- Maintaining the records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.- Performing frequent daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.- Coordinating and maintaining Material Handling Equipment.- Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.- Coordinate in daily cycle count and/ or stock take processes including the preparation.- Maintain consistent and sufficient stock levels to meet customers' demands.- Key interface between numerous parties to proactively take action that deliver business results.- Controlling the departmental operations budget and monitoring expenses.- Continuous cost saving initiatives with focus on process efficiency and cost savings.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in any stream with Supply Chain Management/ Logistics Management/ Business or related field equivalent combination of education and work experience in the logistics industry.- Experiences in FMCG (Foods and Home Care).- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.- Excellent leadership, organizational skills, and good team player.- Excellent in Excel with strong skills in Analytical, Decision Making and Problem Solving.- Excellent communication skills both written and oral, and interpersonal skills.Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
