Warehouse Executive

1. Update daily attendance and manpower planning2. Follow up with HOD for daily plan3. To ensure update MHE, shuttle cart, loading bay breakdown to safety officer4. Monitor daily safety, quality and efficiency5. Monitor incoming for SKU and Quantity6. Monitor and checking unloading activity7. Instruct shunting driver for shunting container into unloading bay8. Check container condition and update in vehicle inspection check list9. Verify SKU, unloading quantity follow DO10. Update summary unloading information11. Download all picture which was found with any irregular into computer12. Daily do improvement of safety, quality and work process13. Update any incident or accident and issue NCP within 24 hours14. Update unloading plan / output per shift15. Update end of shift total unloaded receipt to superior16.
