Warehouse Executive Pulau Indah

Responsibilities:- Assist in the overall management of day-to-day warehouse operations, includingreceiving, storage, and shipping of chemical products.- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and safe startup process.- Provide leadership and guidance to warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety,responsibility, and continuous improvement.- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of warehouse personnel.- Effectively communicate organizational goals and objectives to the team.- Stay abreast of industry regulations and standards related to chemical warehousing.- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities to ensure complianceand resolve any compliance issues promptly.- Implement and monitor systems / SOP for the proper handling and storage of chemicalproducts.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Logistics, Supply Chain Management).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical warehousing or a related industry.- Ability to patiently navigate challenges associated with a pioneer role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with regulatory authorities.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
