**Roles and Responsibilities**- Create a yearly warehouse plan according to business activities and manage the arrangement of materials storage and update the inventory report.- Responsible to ensure materials supplied meet the quality specifications and needs of the Client, project and operational usage and ensure delivery goods/material just in time.- Prepare the Inventory, analysis and reporting as to create the overall reporting of current stock in warehouse.- Responsible for efficient stock management of the warehouses (main and sites). Adopt a sensitive approach to stock movement, Reorder level and JIT delivery- Update the Statistic On Inventory Transfer Lead Time report for achievement Logistic quality objective- To review and monitor procurement and logistic related monthly reports- Liaise with forwarders and shipping lines on document submission for goods clearance at Customs- To update and follow up with procurement team on materials/goods that are under warranty period- Monitor, control and approve materials and tools movements process from the warehouse by ensuring that the relevant document are used and updated into the SAP system or relevant records- Plan, monitor and conduct monthly and quarterly inventory count including producing report and ensure the quantity tally with SAP system- Any others tasks as assigned by the HOD / immediate superior and management from time to time- Supervise the driver, lorry driver & Storekeeper.**Authority**- Issue & approve of inventory transfer**Minimum Education, Skills and Experience****Education**- Diploma in Logistic/ Warehousing and equivalent**Experience**- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar capacity**Skills**- Good Warehouse management- Have an eye for details, able to follow procedures and policies- Integrity- Team player- Microsoft excel, word- SAP- Physically fit and mentally alert, mature, punctual, disciplined and responsible**Skills**- Integrity, Good recording skills, Good Time Management, Proactive- Microsoft excel, word**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Cell phone reimbursement- Company car- Dental insurance- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
