Warehouse & Inventory Manager

Overseeing and implement system inventory tracking to optimize inventory control process - Safeguarding the warehouse contents by establishing procedures and work manuals and protocols for proper storage and fulfilment practices - Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventories. Investigate for product shortages. - Prepare and generate analysis reports on inventory operations, stock level, adjustment and submit reports for management review - Review/monitor documentation and product codes to search for discrepancies, troubleshoot quantity between physical stock against system - Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability. - Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS). - Make recommendations to leadership about improvements in inventory life cycle. - Recommend & reorganizes stock room/ racking/floor plan to accommodate additional inventory - Monitor date-sensitive in products expiration. - Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals. - Maintaining standards of health & safety, hygiene, and securityWe are a food processing and exporting company dealing mainly with the tropical fruits especially on durians (king of the fruits), Jackfruits, Mangosteen and more tropical fruits. We also venture into downstrean products of durians such as durian mooncake, durian pastry, durian spread, durian ice cream, durian pancake, frozen durian pulp, frozen whole durian, fresh durian and mínimal process durian packaging.Bachelor's or Equivalent
