Warehouse Leader (Loading)

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist supervisor in daily operation;- Carry out loading process according to production schedule;- Prepare daily loading output report to update on product status;- Optimize loading output according to the machine;- Implement good discipline and teamwork amongst subordinates;- Train operator in loading, packing, and in-process QA processes;- Enforce discipline amongst loading operators;- Enforce safety on the loading shop floor;- Keep loading area in clean condition;- Any ad-hoc tasks given by Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Minimum SPM- At least one year of working experience in process loading/extrusion machines;- Experienced in driving forklift or attended forklift training;- Must be willing to do shift work**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Warehouse Loading: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- Forklift License (preferred)
