Warehouse Manager

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service2. Monitor in/out of products with proper documentation3. Ensure all relevant reports submitted to the superior timely basis4. Report all abnormalities/accidents/cases to management in prompt manner5. Ensure all Warehouse & Logistics operations are in accordance to the S.O.P.6. Identify and recommend areas of improvement on the existing warehouse & logistics work procedures7. Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfillment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime8. Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance as needed9. Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention10. Oversee and manage logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages11. Monitor overall company's stocks level and manage events to clear aging stocks12. Maintain a healthy stock level for overall inventory13. Plan, coordinate and execute events and warehouse clearance fair with assistance of warehouse & event executive14. Monitor daily sales vs target report of warehouse sales clearance event and replenish stocks, if needed15.
