Job Highlights- Group Medical Insurance & Group Personal Accident Insurance- Yearly Increment / Yearly Bonus- Opportunity To Advance**Job Description**:- Ensure compliance with all safety scope, cleanliness, with health & safety standards/procedures.- Daily manpower planning (able to make sound spot decisions in case of shortage in manpower/resources to achieve set KPI)- Follow standard operation procedure (SOP) to ensure the effectiveness of the warehouse operation, floor movement, documentation, and WMS (Absolute) systems data process.- Control stock inventory, retrieval, checking and timely delivery / Export of goods, shipment loading & transferring, document recording, and data entry into the system.- Manage warehouse mishandling in operations processes such as stock variances, goods damaged, dirty SKUs, and pallets infected with fungus/wood borer during receiving from the customer.- Responsible to ensure Daily Cycle Count is planned and managed within targeted KPI & customer-initiated wall to wall Stock Count.- To conduct Daily Operations Briefing with all warehouse PICs on the operational improvement and updating the previous day's over-spill and to ensure over-spills are minimized and eventually cleared.- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by Top Management from time to time.- Responsible for the overall cost and budgeting of the operations.- Responsible for planning & managing the smooth operation of the warehouse, warehouse procedure, and supervising and managing the warehouse staff.**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental Pay:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Logistics: 3 years (required)
