Warehouse Manager (Oleochemical) - Pasir Gudang

**Duties and Responsibilities**- To manage packaging plant and packaging material (bagging, beading & drumming) in according to specification described.- To manage warehousing activity (internal and external warehouse) and to ensure inter-transfer, receiving and outgoing of packed products are in accordance to the customers' specification and requirement.- To manage product delivery (packed and liquid product) and ensure the delivery is carry out in accordance to the customers' specification and requirement.- To liaise with General Manager, Technical and plan the production schedules.- To liaise with Logistic Manager and Sales Executive on delivery schedule.- To liaise with Purchasing on the incoming raw materials and receiving according to the product specification described in Purchase Control.- Ensuring all incoming raw materials or customer-supplied products are checked in accordance with procedure are properly identified marked and stored.- To liaise with Chemist on the product quality in the storage tank/ warehouse / stock.- Carry out the corrective and preventive action report is raised as and when necessary.- To maintain and improve the standards of Safety and Health and Environment from time to time and the cleanliness of working place.- To adhere and implement follow the QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program. Report immediately any safety incidents.- To ensure departmental reports submitted during the Management Review on the overall performance of QHSE and Food Safety Management System and Responsible Care Program and used as basis for continuous improvement on the overall management system.- To adhere and implement Energy Management System requirement**JOB REQUIREMENT**Minimum Qualification - Degree / Diploma- Minimum three ( 3 ) years working experience.- Advantage with QHSE and Food Safety knowledge/working experience.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Pasir Gudang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Planning Warehouse: 5 years (preferred)- Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
