Warehouse & Operations Executive (Based In Ipoh)

**What is the job about?**You will be primarily in-charge of planning and executing inbound and outbound movement of goods, utilizing the Company's Warehouse Management System (WMS)- In-charge of receiving inbound goods and executing the packing and delivery of all delivery of goods to customers- Conduct quality and quantity checks when receiving goods from suppliers- Plan and execute the repalletization of goods received into warehouse- Ensure all orders are picked and packed properly by warehouse personnel- Arrange delivery of orders by 3rd party logistics / courier providers- Plan and manage the storage of goods in the warehouse- Day-to-day handling of warehouse operations using the WMS system- Prepare and generate weekly and monthly stock reports using the WMS system- Any other relevant task as assigned by the Company's Management**Who are we looking for?**- Individual who is hardworking, proactive and responsible- Education-level: STPM / A-Level / Diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in warehousing and logistics- Computer literate- Proficiency / previous experience in operating any WMS system will be an advantage- Able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English- Willing to learn, team-playerHuman Resources DepartmentEltean Incorporated Sdn Bhd18-24 Medan Istana,Bandar Ipoh Raya30000 Ipoh, PerakTel: 05-2530777**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday
