Client Background: Developer and manufacturer of optoelectronic devices and modulesPosition Title: Warehouse & Planning SupervisorLocation: Batu Kawan, PenangHeadcount: 1Tenure: Permanent Job Descriptions:Oversee team of inventory or warehouse employees, enhancing and maintaining high level of productivity and safety at the workspace.Responsible for inventory planning, organization, implementation of inventory counting work, ensuring process control, and effective results.Manage inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.Analyze daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.Identify and salvage slow-moving or obsolete inventory.Managing scrap to reduce the volume of scrap generated.Be responsible for planning and implementing warning plans for the designated area, advancing inventory control work.Be responsible for production planning-related tasks, including maintenance work such as production planning, material planning, and inventory management.Be responsible for issuing production orders, scheduling, tracking deliveries, and handling delivery warnings.Cooperate with managers to complete production planning and optimize warehouse systems and other related work.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with 2 years or more of relevant work experience in warehouse management in the electronics industry (experience in planning is a plus).Good English and Malay communication skills.Clear logical thinking, strong team awareness, excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong sense of responsibility and ability to proactively drive work forward.
