Your new responsibilities

Responsible for overall performance of the warehouse operations, including materials issuance, packing process & receiving. Responsible on materials readiness for shipment.
To oversee and supervise the warehouse staffs, ensuring the warehouse staffs operate according to standard operating procedure efficiently.
Enforce FIFO principle in storage and replenishment of materials of materials to minimize ageing, deterioration and wastage of materials.
Understand root cause of a problem arising at warehouse and propose solution/improvement opportunities.
Responsible for inventory control level by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Especially accuracy on noble/precious materials.
To prepare and comply with warehousing standards for quality management system such as 5S, Kaizen, etc.
Prepare monthly KPI report to management.
Ensure basic maintenance standard & compliance with health and safety regulations.
To perform other related job as assigned by management from time to time.

What we look for

Candidate must possess at least diploma/bachelor's degree in any discipline or Warehouse Management & Logistics, Supply Chain Management or professional certificate in related field.
With at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
SAP(WMS/EWMS) system knowledge more than 2 years.
Results oriented with hands on commitment in getting the job done.
Responsible individual with good working attitude problem solving skills.
Abel to work independently and able to lead a team at the same time.
Able to prioritize and multitask;
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills as well basic computer skills (Ms Office).
