Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a driven Warehouse Supervisor with demonstrated experience driving process improvement.The individual will be responsible for leading inventory management strategies to maximize customer experience, inventory levels, operational efficiency as well as end-to-end business ownership of all supply chain processes. Spare Parts management plays a critical role in delivering urgently needed break/fix supply to centers to improve customer experience within the region by ensuring we have the right parts, at the right destination, at the right time.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:- Plan, supervise, co-ordinate and oversee the general administration of warehouse operations which includes receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of spare parts to customers in an efficient manner in order to meet departmental objective and goals.- Plan, lead and control activities of warehouse employees which include scheduling and assigning of routine duties, overtime work, shift rotation, breakdown attendance etc. of the respective employees.- Oversee overall maintenance of warehouse to ensure workplace health and safety cleanliness, take precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss.- Carry out periodical reconciliation on stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy of stock balance at all times.- Working closely with other departments to achieve optimum customers' satisfaction.- Schedule and carry out periodical meeting with warehouse personnel as well as relevant department on operational matters.- Co-ordinate with other departments to set up branch stores.- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Compulsory masks usage and regular sanitizing precautions have been taken.**Experience**:- Warehousing: 2 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
