**Job Brief**- We are the Wholesaler & Retailer In Balakong Seri Kembangan & Kuala Lumpur.- We are looking for a responsible experienced Warehouse Executive/Supervisor to organize our company's day-to-day operations.- Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.**Job Descriptions**:- Achieve high levels of satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, picking, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing, daily activities and subordinates performance.- Organize, maintain inventory storage area and ensure proper storage inventory at correct location.- Support organizing and participate in stock takes at regular intervals.- Loading & Unloading the inventory.- Solve any issues or problems which occur in the warehouse.- Ensure all the inventory transaction is accurate to prevent discrepancies.- Communicate job expectations with director/manager/colleague/subordinates.- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative.- Confer and coordinate activities with other department.- Manage effective and efficient workload distribution among the team and members.- Maintain high standards of security in the warehouse and ensure a clean and tidy working environment to aid operational efficiency.- Take responsibility and Assist in ad-hoc duties as assign by immediate superior and the Management- REQUIREMENTS:*- Malaysian- At least 1 or 2 years experience in realated industry (warehouse and inventory)- Have knowledge of basic microsoft excel / word / powerpoint is an advantage- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage.- Pleasant attitude, focused on details, well organised and excellent time management skills.- Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and self discipline- Able to work in team and able to start work immediately Able to handle multitask**Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, OT, Allowances, and so on.****Job Type : Full Time (Mon-Sat 9am-6pm)****Salary: Based on your experience****Location : Lot 1903A, Ground Floor, Jalan KPB 7, Kawasan Perindustrian, Kampung Baru Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor****Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSupplemental Pay:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seri Kembangan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Warehouse management system: 1 year (preferred)
