Warehouse Supervisor

Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in incoming and outgoing shipment, ensuring timely and accurate loading and unloading- Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, space and stock allocation, floor productivity, incoming and outgoing inspections, maintaining equipment as well as logistics in the warehouses- Train, assign and supervise workload and performance of warehouse employees- Regular reporting and status updates of warehouse activities and resources- Ensure the updates of records are accurate and performed in timely manner- Monitor inventory level, stock management and movement, perform periodic physical stock counts- Support the execution of Warehouse Management System- Maintain performance metrics and objectives, reporting to management thereof- Maintain and support continuous improvement in the warehouse, including the compliance of ISO9001 and relevant standards- Promote teamwork among the team- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and adhere to safety standards- Any other tasks assigned by Management from time to time**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Experience**:- Warehouse management system: 3 years (preferred)- Supervising: 3 years (preferred)
