Warranty Officer

Verify claims criteria- Process warranty claims on a timely manner.- Process all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation.- Tracks warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement and date on which parts may be disposed.- Parts under warranty after replaced to be kept properly and dispose timely with proper record.- Provide assistance to queries & audit related to warranty claims.**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Warranty in automotive/service: 2 years (preferred)
