Water Park Manager (Wet World Air Panas Pedas)

**JOB ROLE**In charge and accountable for the overall operations of the park and responsible for all of the day-to-day functions of a park such as operations, sales, marketing, and building rapport with the customers and visitors of the park in order to attract business whilst ensuring compliance and safety is strictly followed.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**1. Responsible for the total performance of the branch by maintaining communication between the branch and management in terms of preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.2. Facilitate the growth of the branch through continuous improvements in accordance with the company's vision and policy.3. Develop forecast, financial objectives and prospective sales opportunities.4. Adhere to high ethical standards and at the same time comply with all the laws and legislations.5. Maintains control over audit procedures to ensure compliance is strictly followed.6. Ensure all queries from customers are answered to satisfy their needs and expectations of using the facilities.7. Manage budget and allocate funds accordingly**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**1. Minimum Diploma / Degree holder2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.3. Strong organizational motivational skills.4. Must possess leadership and supervisory skills.5. Good attitude and interpersonal skills6. Must be ableto handle confidential/sensitive information in a professional manner.7. Ability to manage multi-functional tasks.8.
