Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:As a Web Chat Assistant at Dialog Group Berhad, located in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, resilient, and have strong critical thinking and people management skills.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information and assistance- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Utilize company resources and tools to effectively resolve customer issues- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service processes- Assist in monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality

Requirements:- Excellent written communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow- Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations- No prior experience required, but a background in customer service is a plus- Must be a team player and able to work well in a fast-paced environment- Must be fluent in English and any additional languages are a plus
