YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online customers through live chat.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through web chat to answer questions, provide product information, and assist with any issues they may have- Solve customer problems efficiently and effectively, using your decision-making skills to find solutions- Use persuasion techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and upsell products- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and satisfactory customer experience- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all channels- Collect customer feedback and communicate any issues or trends to the appropriate departments

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Motivated and energetic personality traits- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet- Persuasion skills to upsell products and services- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively- Proficiency with basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
