We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Web Chat Associate to join our remote team at Genting Group. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through web chat channels. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat channels- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and technical issues- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience- Use problem-solving skills to address customer issues efficiently- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Meet performance goals and targets set by management

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Resourceful and driven personality traits- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent
