As a Web Chat Associate at Padini Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with product orders, shipping, returns, and more- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and customer satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet or exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and sales conversion rates
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and independent personality traits- Strong project management skills and creativity- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and work under pressure- High school diploma or equivalent- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
