Job Description:
MISC Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities:- Develop strategies to optimize the web chat platform for customer engagement and satisfaction- Monitor and assess the performance of the web chat team to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Train and mentor web chat agents to improve their communication and problem-solving skills- Analyze data and generate reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to integrate web chat into overall customer service strategies- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the web chat platform
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Proven experience in managing web chat platforms, preferably in a customer service environment- Strong leadership and communication skills- Resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations- Confident decision-making abilities and a passion for innovation- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
