Job Description:

Hilton is currently seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and convenience to the right candidate. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing the web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.2. Train and supervise a team of chat agents to deliver high-quality customer service and support.3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform and improve customer satisfaction.4. Monitor chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and enhance the overall user experience.6. Track key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management.7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management.8. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.9. Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure platform functionality.10. Act as a liaison between the customer service team and other departments to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.2. Proven experience in web chat management or a similar role.3. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.5. Experience with CRM tools and chat management software.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.7. Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.9. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.10. Motivated and hardworking with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
