Job Description:
As a Web Chat Officer at Dialog Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms. Your primary role will be to engage with customers, answer their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues or complaints they may have. You will also be required to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers and strive to exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide assistance and support.2. Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Utilize strategic planning skills to optimize customer interactions and achieve performance goals.7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.
Requirements:1. Hardworking and confident personality traits2. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask3. Excellent planning and strategic planning skills4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment5. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms7. High school diploma or equivalent
