Web Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This is a part-time remote work opportunity with IJM Corporation Berhad, located in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no years of experience are required for this role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a prompt and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products or services.3. Identify and escalate important issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality customer service.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and cohesive customer experience.

Requirements:1. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.2. Proficiency in typing and navigating web chat platforms.3. Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing time effectively.4. Confidence and resourcefulness in handling a variety of customer situations.5. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills.6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
