Web Chat Officer - Work From Home

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This position is a part-time, work from home opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Understand and promote the products and services offered by MR DIY Group.3. Assist customers with online orders, payments, and other e-commerce related inquiries.4. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.6. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role.2. Energetic and independent personality traits.3. Strong planning and presentation skills.4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other relevant software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
