Westports Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing you with the opportunity to work in a comfortable and convenient environment.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance.2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.3.
