Job Description:

SIRIM Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Web Chat Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level Web Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products and services- Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Driven and energetic personality traits- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in typing and using web chat platforms- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
