Web Content Manager

**Job Function**: Customer service/Sales- ** Industry**: Call Center- ** Job Description**: Job Highlights· You will be in charge of our BPO project, responsible for day-to-day operation of updating web content.· You will need the ability to work in a process-driven high demand environment.**Job Description**:· Maintenance of web properties with an emphasis on updating web content.· Manage a project through managing tasks and reporting status to management.· Supervise a group of team leaders and agents while coaching and executing action plans.· Provide detailed analysis of errors and feedback to respective team through recommending ways to improve quality score.· Interact closely with team leaders and identify issues to consistently update operation manual.· Review completed tasks and maintain operation quality to ensure the performance meet SLA and KPI.· Maintain good relationship with client while directly receiving tasks, reporting status, and discussing issues.· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.· Review and analyze daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual operations and report to client· Perform other duties as assigned.- ** Requirement**:- Able to communicate and write proficiently in English and Japanese (N1 level is preferred, N2 also able to consider).- Able to work on public holidays and weekends (based on business needs)- ** Other Language**: English, Japanese- ** Benefit**:- Salary Package : RM 6,000 - RM 8,000- No additional allowance- Annual leave : 12 days for the first 2 years of service- Medical Leave: 14 days for the first 2 years- Medical insurance : available
